1) What Does the Photo Booth look like?
The photo booth has a 2x3 foot central housing that contains all of the equipment. From the central housing,
curtains wrap around the standing area to make a large space to stand. The photo booth is specifically designed to allow for large groups but still compact enough
to fit in almost any venue.

2) What is the event branding?
The event branding is like a logo that goes on every print, typically it will have who the event is for,
what it is, and when it occurs. The branding is what makes the prints not just pictures, but memorabilia.

3) What is the latest I can book?
If the photo booth is available you can book at any time, even the day of the event.
4) Is there reduced pricing for shorter events?
Yes, if you do not need the photo booth for 5 hours we do offer reduced pricing for shorter events. For more information,

5) What is the picture quality Like?
The picture quality of the photo booth is absolutely superb. Pictures are taken with a high definition camera,
and printed by an industry standard dye-sublimation printer to provide photo quality prints in under 12 seconds each.
6) Is it easy to use?
It is incredibly easy to use. The photo booth is run by a touch screen interface that gives on screen instructions for 3 simple steps.
7) What makes your photo booth different?
There are a few things that make us different. Epic Services Photo booth is every bit as good as the competition (if not better),
but with a very friendly price and an extensive feature set for only $595! On top of that, discounts are available to make it even more affordable. Our photo booths are custom designed and built in-house
and that includes the software. We have spent over a year developing and testing to make sure the experience is nothing less than epic! We also made our booth to be very resilient for when the
party gets extra wild.

8) Is there an attendant?
Yes, there is an attendant with the photo booth at all times.
9) What does the attendant do?
The purpose of the attendant is to make sure the photo booth is always running smoothly and to make sure your guests
are having a great time. Some examples of what the attendant will do throughout the night is clean up misplaced props, straighten the curtains for when groups get wild,
interact with the guests, find guests that accidentally leave their pictures at the booth, etc... So in general the attendant is there to make sure your guests have a great time.
10) Can I reserve a date before I send the deposit?
We pride ourselves by offering a photo booth service that is second to none. So to be fair to everyone, all bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
Dates are only reserved once the deposit has been received by Epic Services. However, we only require a $100 deposit to reserve the date.

11) What Size picture does your photo booth print?
When your guests walk into the photo booth they have the option of choosing between classic style photo strips, or 4x6 postcard style.
12) Can I print in black and White?
Yes, all pictures that are printed out have the option to be in either color or black and white.
13) What happens if your equipment breaks?
We understand that it is inevitable for electronics to break. So as a safeguard, we bring a back up computer, printer, and camera to make sure your party runs smoothly the entire night.
14) How many people can I fit in the photo booth?
The photo booth is designed to hold approximately 10 people. Although it is not uncommon for more people to fit inside.
15) What is the Instant View Gallery?
The instant view gallery is included with every photo booth package. You get an online photo gallery to share with your friends and family.
With the Instant View feature your guests will have the option to choose whether they want their pictures to be added to the online gallery immediatly after being printed out. A wi-fi connection is required to utilize Instant View.
If no wi-fi is available you will still recieve your online gallery within 2 business days after the event has ended.
16) Do you service the Wilkes-Barre Scranton area?
Yes, we will travel to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, and surrounding cities. If you are not sure if your venue is too far, please give us a call, and we will answer any
